Vacancy Technical Warehouse Technician
Distec is seeking an experienced Technical Warehouse Technician to support all aspects of the warehouse, ensuring all orders are delivered accurately, on time, and in full.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing PC components including memory and storage drives
- PC imaging
- Customisation of monitor and PC systems
- PC repairs under SLA terms
- Testing and management of demo stock
- Management of RMA cases including telephone support
- Receiving and sending goods through the warehouse (receiving, shipping and labeling products)
- Processing customer orders via company ERP system
- Processing supplier orders
- Providing technical assistance to customers
- Providing administrative support to the sales team as required
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience working in a technical warehouse role is essential, only candidates with this experience will be considered
- Telephone etiquette should be professional
- Experience with Microsoft products and ERP systems
- Ability to learn additional technical information during training
- Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities

Working Hours
- Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm
