Job Description
- Accurately inputting and verifying customer orders into the company’s CRM or ERP system, ensuring customers and kept up to date.
- Support regional sales managers by identifying, qualifying & managing leads, responding to inquiries, understanding customer needs and offering solutions.
- Making outbound calls and sending emails building relationships with customers
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and other departments to meet customer needs.
- Stay ahead by participating in regular training and product update sessions from Distec and suppliers.
