Service Levels

P1 - 24Hr Replacement with On Site Bonded Stock

Next day* replacement of any component or system** covered under the contract on a service exchange basis to the designated site to replace the bonded stock utilised to facilitate the repair. All outbound and inbound shipping costs are included along with all repairs.

P2 - 24Hr Replacement with Bonded Stock held at Distec

Advance next day* replacement of any component or system** covered under the contract on a service exchange basis to the designated site. All outbound and inbound shipping costs are included along with all repairs.

P3 - Totally Customised Solution

A totally customised support offering tailored to your needs when the standard offering need enhancements  such as

  • 24/7/265 cover
  • Extended hours
  • on site engineers required
  • Data Backup
  • 3rd party support eg Stratus

P4 - Return to Base Extended

An extension of the suppliers normal RTB warranty to cover additional 1-3 years with no guarantee of repair times and no advance replacements but providing longevitiy of product support and system lifecycles

P5 - Return to Base

Standard manufactures warranty with no guarantee of repair times and no advance replacements but with the additional email/telephone diagnostic support from the Distec support team
